Quality Assurance Outline

EMTI-Electronic
Manufacturing Technology, Inc. is a turn-key contract manufacturer.
Our mission is to produce customers products working as an extension
of their own factory. As a contract manufacturer, we must achieve
and sustain the quality of the product or service produced to continually
meet the purchaser's stated or implied needs.
EMTI's
quality philosophy is based on a company commitment to quality performance
and service and a commitment to continuous quality improvement throughout
our operation.
The
company's comprehensive quality program starts with the President
of the company & includes total operator accountability and statistical
process control. The quality control coordinator will administer the
quality program and serve as the focal point.

In
addition to "Boiler Plate" standards, publications and pictures, EMTI
will evaluate each project and develop specific processes which incorporate
the appropriate standards, procedures and checkpoints. We feel this
step fulfills the specific needs of each project and is necessary
in the pursuit of ISO 9000 Certification. Following are some of the
items reviewed in the process development.
